Healthy Home Made Brown Rice Waffles

Many of the times, we always pass by prominent stalls that sell waffles. The aromatic smell of waffles always make me irristable to order this yummy and crispy waffle. 

Although the waffle is yummy, the nutrients level is bare minimum, it can even be unhealthy due to the ingredients such as white bleach flour and palm based oil. 

So we created this healthy brown rice home made waffle to let anybody who pursue healthy eating to make it at home:-


2 cups of NutriBrownRice powder

1 cup milk

2 Tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp salt

1 Tbsp sugar


Mix the above well. If it’s too dry or thick, adjust with water. 


Then add 2 eggs

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder


Mix above well. Let the batter sit for half an hour. Preheat waffle iron. Oil the waffle iron as often as it is needed. Make waffles following manufacturer’s instruction.
